Which of the 3R heavily depends on the instructor / trainer / coach?
In order to build the relationship between the instructor and learner:
- Don't tell facts, tell stories (make it personal)
- Make fun of yourself (gain their trust)
- Use small touches for close conversations (make it comfortable)
